1. The hoist shall be maintained and managed by designated personnel, and the key of the power switch box shall be managed by designated personnel.
2. The hoist must have a winch limiter and a travel limiter. The limiter should stop the pulley automatically when it is lifted to 300mm before the drum or pulley.
3. The hoist should have a maximum load mark, and the weight should not be overloaded (1T) during lifting and lowering.
4. After power is supplied, check the safety devices such as the winch limiter, travel limiter, interlock switch, etc., and make sure that the action is sensitive and reliable, and conduct a trial lift.
5. Before lifting and lowering, ring the alarm bell before driving.
6. The hoist is absolutely not allowed to carry people up and down.
7. After work, the hoisting tray of the hoist should be landed, and then the power should be cut off and the upper and lower guardrail doors should be closed.
8. Always keep the environment around the hoist clean.
