This project was implemented at the Xinjiang Tianfu Waste Incineration Power Plant, which operates a 12MW incineration power generation system. The client required a high-capacity and fully integrated waste pretreatment and feeding line to improve the efficiency of waste processing and power generation.
Before SINOHI’s involvement, the existing system struggled to handle large waste volumes and mixed materials, leading to frequent downtime, inconsistent feeding, and reduced incineration efficiency.
YIDU SINOHI Machinery Co., Ltd. provided a complete pretreatment and feeding solution designed for continuous 60 tons/hour capacity. The system includes chain plate conveyors for primary transfer, crushers and magnetic separators for material preparation, and shaftless screw conveyors for final feeding into the incineration furnace. Local control systems and auxiliary platforms were also integrated to ensure smooth operation and easy maintenance.
After commissioning, the new system achieved stable and efficient continuous operation, significantly improving waste handling capacity, energy recovery, and overall plant reliability. The upgrade reduced manual intervention, minimized downtime, and enhanced safety in the waste-to-energy production process.
