(1) The hoist shall comply with the requirements of JC460.1 and this standard, and shall be manufactured, installed and used in accordance with the design drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Technical requirements not specified in the drawings and technical documents shall be implemented in accordance with relevant general standards such as building materials machinery and electromechanical industries.
(2) The limit deviation of the dimensions not marked with tolerances on the drawings shall comply with the provisions of GB 1804, where the machined surface is tTl3 grade; the non-machined surface of welded parts is ITl6 grade; and the non-machined surface of die forgings is ITl5 grade.
(3) Welded parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of building materials machinery welding.
(4) Gray iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB 9439.
(5) Forgings shall not have defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, satin scratches, scars, slag inclusions, etc.
(6) The hoist shall be equipped with a level meter, speed monitor and tape anti-deviation device.
