This project was carried out for the Aksu Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant located in the Aksu Textile Industrial Park as part of its Phase II expansion. The client required a reliable and enclosed sludge conveying solution capable of handling sticky, high-moisture sludge under compact site conditions.

Before implementing SINOHI’s system, the plant faced difficulties with material leakage, odor emissions, and frequent clogging due to the sludge’s viscous characteristics. Standard conveyors were unsuitable for steep inclines and continuous long-distance transport.

YIDU SINOHI Machinery Co., Ltd. provided a customized sludge conveying system composed of sludge scraper conveyors for high-inclination transport and shaftless screw conveyors for long-distance, enclosed sludge transfer. The system was constructed using stainless steel with wear-resistant liners and integrated automation for frequency control and self-cleaning, ensuring smooth, maintenance-free operation.

After commissioning, the upgraded system achieved stable and efficient sludge handling, eliminating leakage and improving overall plant cleanliness and environmental performance. The solution significantly enhanced conveying capacity and reliability while meeting strict municipal wastewater treatment standards.
